The benefits as it all comes together is worth the patience in waiting for your body to heal and get back on track....

When I was ready to start exercising again I felt soo lame going through the motions, no resistance, just stretches and movements until my body was limber enough, stretched enough, blood flowing enough to begin resistance again.

I was a body builder before my thyroid went whacky... I worked out four hours a day, 7 days a week and then had a 50 to 60 hour a week job on top of it.... To go from that to someone that came up with a 'bedxercise' routine still feels pretty lame.... but darn it... those stupid stretches and simple routine over time got me back to doing some decent resistance work and I can haul my own groceries again!!!

I takes time, it all depends on how run down your body is.... but stuff gets better... The hardest part, I think, is getting carried away and over doing it... We injure easier and heal slower... I don't think it's wise, at least for me, to follow the 'no pain, no gain' rule.... I'm a firm believer in baby steps getting us farther, faster...
