RE: Protein hot chocolate

>Can we do this with our protein? Or does the heat break it down too fast?

Mom?<

It says on the container you can put it in hot water. I don't see why not.

We can cook with it. I just wouldn't take to long drinking it!

Is the Designer the natural?

You can heat to a certain degree, but not boiling. They do show recipes for

them (as long as they are hydrolyzed protein), however they do give a nod to the

fact that it is no longer 100%.

RE: Protein hot chocolate

Almost all say you can add them to hot cereal and bake with them! I just

looked at my Protein whey stack and designer whey cans!

,

I usually just put a cup of filtered water in the microwave for 1.5 minutes

and then add the protein powder to the hot water. I don't boil it and it's

usually cool enough to drink before I put the protein in!

That should be OK. I personally wouldn't count all the protein, but then I'm a

maximist, not a minimalist. LOL!
