I am sad to say this week I only did 150 mins which was worst then

my time last week of a 235mins :-( because of my car and vistors I

did not have the time to make up for it. I will try to do better

this week.- Lena

150 minutes is still very good, it is to be celebrated, my dear!

Sometimes life gets in the way of us doing as much as we had

planned, I am sure you will get in another good week this week.
