Guest guest
Looking back, I am sure I was getting hypo during my pregnancies, too. Have her check her antibodies, free T3 and free T4. But then you have to convince her that just because something is " in range " does NOT mean she is NOT hypo. Janie > Now, my first thought was, could this girl be having problems because it's possible there is something going on hormonally & I know these things run in families. Especially since her Mom just popped over into hypoland after her second baby. Daughter is pregnant with her second baby, bleeding yet, nothing is wrong? I know a gal in the UK whose Free T3 was one lab value above the bottom of the range...and she was telling me how 3 years ago she miscarried and almost died because of the lost of blood and large blood clots. She has not been diagnosed hypo...because her labs are all still in range. But I feel certain this was a factor in her miscarriage.
