,

My son LOVES the recipe for nut butter balls in Karyn Seroussi's book.

1 cup nut butter

1/2 c. powdered Dari Free

1/2 c. honey

roll into balls and coat with gluten free cookie crumbs and refrigerate. I

even add some flaxseed oil in there. I even love them! Great for lunch

box!!

Jo,

What brand do you buy, I've only seen the Rice Dream brand in the

little blue boxes and I thought that they weren't gfcf. I'd love to

send those to school with him if there is a safe one out there.

Thanks, Dawn Bunting

My all time favorite, is our fritos and " dip " . I take red meats, or white,

mix in veggies, and a little TVP. Toss it in the food processor, and there

ya go!

I do ask the school to warm up his lunch. Most of the things I do figure

out to send to need that. Corn spaghetti, with DelMonte sauce and hamburger,

is always a hit. (Don't know if you can do Corn...)

Apples and peanutbutter

Zucchini bread and pears (gfcf, of course)

Food for Life - Rice Pecan bread w/PBJ

I know it's so tough. Just remember, we're all going through this! :) Good

Luck
