Guest guest
Hi , I sure do remember how exhausted I was after my daughter's ABR tests (all 3 of them). The first 2 I went by myself. But the last one, I told my husband he was going to share in the pure exhaustion. Boy am I glad I put my foot down on that one. So, I can definitely feel your pain. I'm sorry you don't have a definitive answer yet, but that may be a good thing. Since it does seem that the severe level does come out pretty quickly. I hope that the fluid is causing the hearing loss, and hopefully that will get resolved soon. With my son, he had ear infections constantly for 6 months, and I insisted that the doctor put tubes in because I didn't want to risk the fluid affecting those bones in the ear. He fortunately has no hearing loss, except the 4 year old selective hearing! We'll all keeping pulling for you and little Ricky!
