Taking DAILY fluconazole has been really important for me, I have reduced it to every other day. I didn't even THINK about the estrace cream that I was using, though...maybe I will stop that for a bit. I hated going off of the bcp, too. I had been on it for ten years. However, now that I am off I couldn't imagine going back on. My period pain has all but stopped, and in the past my gyn thought I had endo. I really attribute this to getting my thyroid straight AND doing the sugar busters diet. Lindsey
