I went to the gym yesterday my 1st day back in almost 4 months the last time I went I was 250lbs now I am 271lbs I could have just died when I saw how much I weighed. I started to cry I could not believe it. I worked out for an hour and I am going back today I am going to workout four to five times a week and I am going to reduce my caloric intake. My 1st plan is to get rid of pop that is all I drink I notice and start drinking more water and get rid of fast food. I am going to workout today for an hour to I have to take it slow but I think to myself at least I am here trying. I do the stair climber for 10-15mins because that is all I can take my new goal is for 20mins in 2weeks I just keep adding a min and I will be there soon. I walk with three pound weights my goal is to move up to 5lbs I will be there soon to. Wish me luck everyone and pray for me.
