Also, you could just as easily be producing too much cortisol, which is raising your heartrate, and thus the breathlessness. A ferritin of 60 is the minimum goal amount, by the way. Janie > I tried lowering my Armour dose for a day or two and skipped a dose > today. I feel better now, am going to try the previous Armour dose > tomorrow.
