Don't waste your money at a health food store for iron and as a matter of

fact, they don't have a high enough dose. Gow to Sams Blub, Walgreens or

Walmart. Ask for ferrous sulfate at a 325 mg and take it 3x a day. It should

cost you less than 5 for 100 pills.

I too need iron (enemic). However, I have a terrible time with constipation

when I take it orally. What has been your experience, or anyone's

experience with taking the ferrous sulfate. I'll pick some up today?

there is no way to get the levels up fast and to where you need them without

constipation. I swear by Naturalcalm, a magnesium citrate that you mix with hot

water and drink. It is a god send and makes you feel well.

Wow- I just received a free sample and info from the health food

store on this YESTERDAY. I was wondering about it!
