My adrenals were doing well until a couple of months back there was a

violent altercation in the appartment block next door which caused me

some problems. So i have had to make up some lost ground and had to stay

at this level for a while . My adrenals are a lot better than they were

in February though

My signature disappeared -its very odd and i have to sign quickly after

looking at the back of my card- luckily most shop workers don't actually

look at the signature on cards or i would be asked for additional id

more. The bank have queried my changed signature though

I specialise in thowing things in the bin: my sons scout uniform, a

brand new toilet seat, 4 packets of coffee, medicines, knives, forks and

spoons, the best trick is saving the wrapper and throwing out the

contents. I did manage to rescue a seive from the bin today but usually

things are lost forever.

The other common thing is to puts random objects in the freezer ; keys ,

mobile phone, purse etc

I don't have any problem with folk using synthetic T3 as a top up or if

they prefer to use synthetics . I didn't want to be restricted to using

synthetic T4 and T3

What's " Brain Gym " ?? I'm becoming less & less articulate myself & having more

brain fog.

Re: ADD/ Baron -- dyslexia

i've also found myself being less able to express myself articulately

than i normally can. even in day to day communications.

it's interesting you mention brain gym.
