Guest guest Posted January 18, 2009 Report Share Posted January 18, 2009 I don't know what I was thinking, but I went through the process of making SCD legal yogurt, and after the half-and-half cooled to below 100 degrees (F) (from bringing to a boil) I placed it in my 100 to 110 degree box, but forgot to add the starter yogurt. Given that it's been about 19 hours since I started, my guess is that this is a lost batch because I didn't add the starter, and is probably now just soured milk.
