Mike,

I, too, just started on Carnitor. I have been extremely tired since I started taking it. I did start CoQ10 with it too though. I did not have a positive experience with the CoQ10 in the past, but my new neuro wanted to try it again-different brand . . . What dosage are you on with the carnitor. My neuro has me on 330 mg 3 times a day. I am only taking it twice a day right now as I am working up. I know this isn't a real help, but know someone else knows what you are going through!

I was written for 3 330mg pills threee times a day, but so far, I'm

only up to 2 pills three times a day.

I was recently taking 300mg of Qsorb (Puritans Pride) Co-Q10, but it

seemed to be aggravating my colitis and rosacea, so I cut back in

half to see if it would help. I'll pump it back up again ofter the

weekend to see what happens.

The relaxed feeling is kind of nice, but I'm like a slug.

zzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzz oh, sorry, I dozed off! ;-)

I have partial CPT-II deficiency.

Thanks,

Mike

Mike,

Not sure why the carnitor is making you tired, but I gave up on the pills--too huge. The liquid is cherry tasting--not too bad if it is cold. My son will not take either the pills or liquid and is taking Carniqgel. Each capsule has 30 mg qgel (about same as 90 mg reg coq10) and 250 mg of carnitor.
