That way you help keep the flora in the intestine and gut hopefully balanced (and avoid a yeast infection or diarrhea). I read that you should take the probiotic two hrs or more after the anti, that way, the anti won't kill out the pro. As far as the IC is concerned seems like antibiotics help some IC bladders and hurt others. Have you tried asking on the IC site? I'm not sure if there are any antibiotics that specifically hurt IC bladders or if it's just an individual thing... I hope you do well.
