Guest guest Posted December 20, 2006 Report Share Posted December 20, 2006 That's interesting. I just tested for food allergies today and the results were completely not what I expected. I thought I'd test positive for things like wheat or yeast but actually, I tested positive for: milk chicken tea coffee cantaloupe sweet potatoes green peas peaches and a few other things. I don't have an allergy to saccaromyces (?)... yeast.... though which is the main thing I wanted to know. Milk I did suspect because even lactaid upset my stomach. But, the allergies were pretty mild, definitely not extreme. Tea and coffee are a bummer, though, since I consume them everyday. I'm curious to know who else tested positive for food allergies. Re: rectal burning My rectal burning was from a food sensitivity to beef. Since I stopped eating it (and changing all of my supplements since most of them were a gelatin capsule which is beef related) I have NO more rectal burning at all. I only have it if I consume beef and it usually takes a couple of hours to show up. They did the skin pricks and waited 15 or 20 min to see how I would react to them. Re: food allergies Hi - what kind of tests were done to identify these food allergies?
