I'd heartily recommend the Y-plan - they have it at Amazon. Its a

little 'old' and features Anthea but she's in the background most

of the time.

The Voight one's are quite good too - Health and Fitness magazine

usually has an ad or two for these (or similar) and a good review

section.

Also recommend the Pilates one (sampler currently being offered by

Special K). Not sure of the instructors name but she's the lady with

the grey streak (all my videos are currently 'away' as I'm pregnant, and

I can't climb up to look...)

I'd also recommend Shape magazine for its 'work outs' - really well

illustrated and not obsessed with weight loss like some of the others.

Don't know if this fits your requirements of something taking only 40

mins or so, but I've been using Body Fit by Josh Saltzman for about 15

years, and, aside from the big lapse in use during my pregnancy, it has

kept me really toned and supple for the whole time I've used it. It's a

great work out, incorporating warm up, 10-20 mins aerobic exercise (jog

on spot, jog in park, up and down stairs, whatever) about 20-30 mins of

low impact hand weights and general workout, and a warm down. It gets

you breathless and sweaty without the wheeze factor, and tones you up

really quickly. Twice a week is enough with this vid.

Couldn't find it at Amazon.co.uk, but they do have a list of workout,

toning and yoga videos you could look through (inc. ones by Lorraine

, Carol Smillie and Anne Diamond ???).
