Lindsey,

Yes, you are correct about the ovarian cysts. It would depend

on the size. There's a kind of ovarian cyst called an

endometrioma that can often occur in women with endo. I'm

fortunate that the only kind of cyst I've had so far to cause me

trouble was a functional cyst and my dr drained that. That was

in 2003.

Good idea on the charting of the cycle.
