Guest guest
Hi all, Colace (generic name sodium ducsolate) comes in liquid form - order it from your pharmacist and you can usually get it in a day or two DO order the the generic as it is MUCH cheaper. A pint bottle usually runs about $5 or less and lasts for months. Take care Bill and Charlotte

Guest guest
, Colace is a stool softener. It helps my wife greatly with her constipation. I use the liquid Docusate Sodium syrup, USP NDC 60432-032-16 Each teaspoon contains 20 mg of Docusate sodium and we use about teaspoons every other day. It lasts for months and costs about $4. Guest guest
LOL, but what exactly is docusate sodium? Is it a mineral oil, a fish oil, or vit. E, or a liquid calcium. Does anyone know what the docusate is, I can guess that sodium is a salty substance. Since I have been taking FiberCon and Docusate Sodium, I have been getting acid up in my throat. I don't know if that is the cause or just a coincidence. That is why I was asking. Tricia Jensen pajensen@... Guest guest
, Most MSA patients suffer from acid reflux. Prilosec or Prevacid seem to help most patients with the heartburn.
