late diagnosis of Apraxia

Hello everyone!

I am knew to the group and could really use some suggestions,and

support. My 6 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with Apraxia

of Speech.

My question is:

Are there any other families who have also received a late diagnosis

of Apraxia for their child?

If so, would you mind sharing with me what type of intervention,

therapys that seem to work for your son/daughter? I am feeling

overwhelmed and now I feel like my daughter and I have to catch up

for the undiagnosed 5 years.
