Hi Debi - It stinks, dosen't it? I can't stand it anymore! What's really

silly is I thought @ my hight and weight 5'2 " & 245, a 20 lb gain really

wound not make a difference. I found out it makes a major difference for me.

I have gone from a size 20 to a 24-26 or 3X..... Well I'm now @ 265!

Hi Resa...It does stink! I swear I sniff something and it goes directly to my thighs! I hate it. With my surgery being Jan. 30, I feel like I want to "get everything in," you know, like the day before you start a diet! I'm just so sick of it. I got down to 200 (now 266, AGAIN!) last year and wammo, it'ssssss back! I also have noticed through the years, everytime I gain it back it is always plus some! I'm so, so sick of it. Hi Darlene, my surgery date buddy. I just wanted to let you know I've been

the same way. I've been so stressed trying to get all my ducks in a row,

then the news that Sifers wans't doing what he advertised he was doing,

stressed all over again. Now I have a new row of ducks and they're doing the

happy dance (in a row). I have gained 7 pounds in the last month. I've

started listening to my tapes for pre-surgery relaxation.

We'll be just fine.
