Hi, and everyone, I don't know what it's called, I think it's "internal" work, where she basically finds knots of muscle in my pelvic floor through my vagina and presses on them as they release. She says my muscles occasionally spasm, which means they are weak and tense. She also uses sonogram to help soothe the tissue afterwards. It's uncomfortable, but not horrible. At her suggestion I am also doing yoga. I started this in October and have been going weekly, but there have been plenty of weeks where we had to skip for various reasons. I think it has helped a LOT. My husband has also done some pt on me, too, based on my instructions and my pt's instructions. My pt says I'm not a good candidate for biofeedback or that it's unnecessary. Lindsey

Is there anyway that you can explain to us what you tell your dh to do on you in terms of pt?
