Lindsey,

I've had good success with Pain Management and in fact b/c of

the newer twist to my vulvodynia she wants to get with my gyn to

figure out how best to help me next. I should be knowing more

about what they are thinking when I talk to them again on Tues.

But as for the issue of whether or not to eat or drink before an

appt especially since this is a first assessment kind of

surprises me too. I haven't had to have anything where I would

have to have no food or drink.

What time is your appt on Mon? There is a reason why I'm asking

this.

It also sounds like this is a place affiliated with a Medical

School. Is it? Also, does this practice have experience with

treating gyn related conditions such as vulvodynia?

If you have more questions for me you can e-mail me off list.

Kristy :)

Hello, My appointment is a 9 a.m. appointment, but she said they tell ALL patients not to eat or drink beforehand...which is not ok if you have, say, a 2 p.m. appointment and then nothing happens at it. It is affiliated with a medical school (UC ), but I am not seeing a doctor at the facility where they use residents or interns. Lindsey __________________________________________________
