Natural supplements and meds

Someone mentioned natural meds. Has anyone tried a product called "First Cleanse?" There is also a product by the same company called "Advanced Cleanse."

I read some things that convinced me killing off all parasites might be a great idea and might be tied in with all of the vulvar pain and auto-immune disorders. I read somewhere that 90% of all people in the world carry around at least one parasite and most are unaware. These include things like roundworms, pinworms, tapeworms (yikes!), flatworms, protozoa, etc. From what I'm reading an infection with some of these parasites can cause the nerve pain, tingling and numbness, inflammation and other things. I figured doing a whole body cleanse couldn't hurt and might help and who knows? Just wondering if anyone else had tried that.
