Hi , I went to physical therapy for women in Trubmbull. Were they good? It depends on what you need. I am probably one of the most complex cases and their techniques didn't help me. Perhaps it could help you. I saw a woman named Lenhart there but she has since moved and I also saw Barbara . Considering most PTs don't know anything about the pelvic floor, they were knowledgable. But they didn't do the skin rolling or focus at all on my sacrum. They were in my insurance plan so they might be a good first place to start. I guess what I mean is that they are OK, insurance friendly, and may be able to help you. But for those of us who have done PT with many other physical therapists they are not world experts. The last time I went there was 2 years ago. Perhaps they have learned more techniques since then. Love, Sandi __________________________________________________

Thanks Sandi! I'm going to check them out and mention them to my doctor. They're about the same distance from me as Raquel Perlis is (up towards boston)...but I know Raquel Perlis has a few months waiting period so maybe they would be good to see until I could get in with her.Sandi Sharp wrote: Hi , I went to physical therapy for women in Trubmbull. Hi , I think they do trigger point release. I would call to confirm about the trigger point release if I were you. If you do call you could also ask them if they do skin rolling for the pelvic floor too. That is what Nazneen is doing for me. I hate to waste thousands traveling to NYC out of network when Barbara is 10 minutes away. But she couldn't help me last time. I think she did do the trigger point release on me. I have to find out from happy pelvis and Nazneen how important the skin rolling is. Love, Sandi __________________________________________________

Hi Sandi, Sure, I will give them a call today and see exactly what they do and let you know...like you said, if it's been 2 years since you've seen them I would HOPE that they have learned more!Sandi Sharp wrote: Hi , I think they do trigger point release.
