Guest guest
I wouldn't worry too much about that BMI. I was reading an article where a large number of the NBA players were " overweight " by their BMIs. Shaq is actually " OBESE " by his BMI. Go fig? Guest guest
I lost 84 pounds (6 stone) way back in the early 90s. I've kept it off, or rather I did until being dx with diabetes. I've put on over 20 pounds due to the fact that I now have to eat 3 meals a day, when before I was happy eating 1. I am now slowly losing again and making myself walk more. My problem is right now is my GP has put me on Karvea for high bp and I have one of the side effects, fatigue, so walking is a chore for me right now. Hopefully, in a week or so, when my body is used to the med, I will feel better. :-) Carol(England) Type 2 Dx: 19 May 2004 Metformin 500mg x 3 Perindopril Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.yahoo.com
