Silver meds (Silver Sulfadiazine)

Since Hope and Starry have talked about silver meds

use in vulvar disorders I have really been thinking.

If I had a tube of Silver Sulfadiazine, which is not

only a topical antibiotic but also an antifungal to

use on the area when the yeast builds up in my body

and causes a reaction deeper in the tissue instead of

just on the skin--swelling, etc., (which is exactly

what I think it happening) I truly believe this would

make the problem better.

As far as I know, this med is only prescribed for

burns but ladies, I think we should attempt to get our

doctors to prescribe this if possible. Nothing else

has been wonderfully effective to my knowledge and

what I know about using this cream for a burn and for

other skin problems (which I did with what was left

over) it is a miracle healer and was totally non

irritating to me although I didn't think to use it in

the vulvar area. (duh!)
