Guest guest
Hi nne, The patches are prescription and doxi is doxicycline (sp) an antibiotic. The doxi will treat the Lyme. If I were you I would get tested via Igenex. Love, Sandi __________________________________________________

Guest guest
nne, The Patches are for pain. They are basicaly Lidocain 5% patches but, there called Lidoderm. The description on the paphlet saya:Lidoderm(Lidocain patch 5%) is comprised as an adhesive material containing 5% lidocain, which ia applied to to a non-woven polyester felt backing and covered with a polyethylene terephthalate film release liner. The release liner is removed prior to application to the skin. The size of the patch is 10cm by 14cm. Each adhesive patch contains 700mg. of lidocain (50mg per gram adhesive) in a aqueous base. Lidocain is an amide-type local anesthetic agent and is suggested to stabilize neuronal membrans by inhibiting the ionic fluxes required for initiation and conduction of impulses. It is a prescription I get from my dr. I get 30 patches in a box. You can use up to 3 on 3 differnt spots a day. I swear by them. They really work well. I have used them on my back, lower butt, leg, calf. Kind Regards, Tami > > But is this a form a Penicillin? > > I am allergic to Penicillin, Keflex (a form of penicillin) and > Levaquin. > > nne > > > > > Hi nne, > > > > The patches are prescription and doxi is doxicycline (sp) an > antibiotic. > > The doxi will treat the Lyme. Guest guest
Thanks for all the information!! Do you think one of them would fit on the fatty pad area where you sit (butt area)? Is that to close to the vaginal area? > > nne, > The Patches are for pain. They are basicaly Lidocain 5% > patches but, there called Lidoderm. Guest guest
Hi, Oh yeah, I have really bad low butt pain real close to my labia. I wear them there to. The only thing is to keep the area dry. Like I had a problem urinating and it got the patch wet and it started to pull of. Just keep that area as dry as you can. Kind Regards > > > > > > But is this a form a Penicillin? > > > > > > I am allergic to Penicillin, Keflex (a form of penicillin) and > > > Levaquin. > > > > > > nne > > > > > > > > > > > Hi nne, > > > > > > > > The patches are prescription and doxi is doxicycline (sp) an > > > antibiotic. > > > > The doxi will treat the Lyme. Guest guest
Tami - Do you apply the Lidocaine patches directly to the painful area? I talked to my doc about these thinking I could stick them to my butt, leg, thigh, etc. But she said they wouldn't work unless they were stuck exactly to the area where I have pain, and there is no way to stick them to the vulva? My thinking was that hte meds would go in another area but could effect other tissues. What did your doc say????? > > But is this a form a Penicillin? > > I am allergic to Penicillin, Keflex (a form of penicillin) and > Levaquin. > > nne > > > > > Hi nne, > > > > The patches are prescription and doxi is doxicycline (sp) an > antibiotic. > > The doxi will treat the Lyme. Guest guest
nne, I am no doctor or pharmacist, but according to the "Complete guide to prescription & nonprescription drugs" doxycycline is a form of tetracycline, which is a different antibiotic family than penicillin. Of course, double check with your doc. Lindsey __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Hello, Sorry I didnt specify, I use them for my severe back, leg butt, and low abdomin pain. Even though Ive had a hystorectomy I still get really bad period cramping 24/7 so those really did help for that. Kind Regards, Tami > > > > But is this a form a Penicillin? > > > > I am allergic to Penicillin, Keflex (a form of penicillin) and > > Levaquin. > > > > nne > > > > > > > > Hi nne, > > > > > > The patches are prescription and doxi is doxicycline (sp) an > > antibiotic. > > > The doxi will treat the Lyme.
