Guest guest
I'm doing well on my weight loss. So far I haven't exceeded my flex points, but I do dip into them more often than not. But... I'm not doing well on my new way of thinking. My action on days when the scale goes down (I weight daily) is to become uncomfortable, and sometime later in the day I eat more than my 24 pts + AP. I haven't been able to catch the " other Diane " in my head yet! Maybe meditation will help? What have you done to first catch and then drive out your mental saboteurs? I know these things: I can loose weight, but I'm not sure about living the rest of my life. To find a new way to live I must Be Present at all times. As long as I'm here, I do have another question. What do you low blood pressure people do when you get dizzy? It happens to me after I've been sitting (e.g., driving) and just after I stand up. (Been this way all my adult life.) Starting weight (1/12/04): 212 WW Goal weight: 155 Personal Goal: to find a new way to live, not diet Current weight: 193 Cheers, Diane in Chico, CA Dost thou love life? Then do not squander time, for that’s the stuff life is made of. -- lin
