There's a series on C4 at 9pm on Wedsnesdays called " Living by the

Book " - each week they take a different book and get a couple of

families to read it and try to implement it. You get the author

explaining certain bits, then coverage of the families trying it out

in practice

This week it was Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. Next week

it is Toddler Taming - so may be useful for for those suffering.
