Guest guest
Now this is interesting to read of someone who went from swallowing to sublingual, and noticed the difference. I have always done my Armour sublingually so don't have a before-and-after knowledge. It is a biological fact that when you do your tabs sublingually, you are utilizing about 100% of what you dissolve. Thanks for sharing this, !! Janie > Because of this list... Guest guest
I just want to say, I've been dosing sublingually and there really isn't any taste. I'm taking the generic, which doesn't even have any sugar in it like Armour does. If something tastes badly, I don't do well with it at all. I was scared to try it but I'm glad I did. Guest guest
Cindi, sublingual originally meant under the tongue, but there is so much saliva there that I put mine between the lower inner cheek and gums...and it will do the same. In fact, you will probably swallow less this way. It can take about 45 minutes for it to fully dissolve, which is good since it is giving a steady release during that time. Also, it doesn't taste like it smells. All I notice is an occasionaly sweet taste.
