Guest guest Posted March 20, 2009 Report Share Posted March 20, 2009 So, I am making yogurt with half n half (trying to gain weight), but when I woke up this morning, the temperature read 120 degrees, so it was probably at that temp for about 10 hours. I quickly adjusted everything so now it is at about 108 degrees, with another 14 hours to ferment. Do you think this batch is okay? Also, I can make the yogurt with half n half, right?
