i'm 15 months in and stage 2 so everyone is different - 1 food at a time for at

least 2-4 days to see how she does - if ok with a few from each stage then move

on - pecan butter is stage 2 but i pull it out first if any probs as it's harder

to digest than other - always helps to go back or pull stuff as needed
