Hi:

I had/have a creamy white discharge.........but it is stickyer than BV. It cultured as Strep B. They usually don't treat it unless you are pregnant. But I wanted it treated because it increased my burning. Have you been cultured?

Have u called the doc who prescribed the meds and explained that the pain is back and u wonder can u up the med via doc's phone call to pharmacy?U know that MOST antidepressants do not take full effect for about 4-8 weeks or so, so you might have wanted to continue the noritriptyline a little longer.HOw did the gyn confirm no BV or yeast? By culture sent to a lab or visual through microscope on premise. For a full explanation of what's happening, a culture for yeast and bacterials should be done and a sensitivity test run as well to determine what would kill the buggers - should you have a problem in the culture.Do you use BCP? and if so have you tried stopping them to seee if the discharge disappears? It has for many women who stop the pills or switch to a pill with a higher estradiol content. wrote: I am in search of something new.
