Guest guest
Kim, thanks for your reply, it's a great help, and I'll pay attention to testing them fully one at a time. I've also found another natural anti-candida supplement in the UK which I can get at trade price. https://www.natures-own.co.uk/acatalog/c161.html thanks for your help, best wishes, Rory
Guest guest
i take HCL with pepsin from " now " with my carb at beginning of meal and then eat my protein and vegetable and take digest gold(from enzymedica.com to digest protein. Rory Your supplements look fine; didn't see any illegals in the acidophilus, multivitamin, or fish oil. The enzymes looked OK too, although I'd get the capsule or powder form and stay away from the chewable tabs. I don't tolerate digestive enzymes, so can't advise you on that. But many people find them very helpful. Anything that helps avoid fermentation will help with candida levels. Be aware, however, that you may need to test supplements just as you test foods. I found I had to try many brands and dosages before I found those that my body tolerated and were effective. In other words, just because a supplement doesn't contain illegals doesn't mean your own body will tolerate it. Kim M.
