Jimmy, I was wondering if that Sam-E stuff that you were going to try a while back worked.

I want to start including soy in my diet. What kinds of stuff tastes edible? I picked up some of the soy milk and gagged on it.

Blessings to all,

Sweeet dreams my friend. Thanks for resonding.

Maybe someone else will speak up. I'm getting tired of chewing ibuprofren for lower back pain. Must be something more easier or natural out there.
