For more information read below: ************************ Message from Dr. Ursula Wesselman Dear Friend of the ICA, s Hopkins University in Baltimore and the National Institutes of Health are currently recruiting women to participate in a national study on pain and interstitial cystitis. WHO? Women between the ages of 18 and 45 who have been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis for at least 6 months may be eligible to participate in this study. Women who have had a hysterectomy or who are pregnant are not eligible. WHAT? If you decide to participate in this study, you will be asked to record symptoms related to interstitial cystitis at home every day for 4 months. This study does not require a visit to s Hopkins, but can be completed entirely by mail and over the phone.
