Thanks n

Didnt consider the squash might be the problem, will cut down on this and see how I go. You can tell I do have a sweet tooth!!! I work full time, and have a big appetite, so finding satisfying snacks that i can take with me to work can be difficult. Any ideas?

I think my biggest problem is that im stuck in a rut with the food I eat. I have found a small range of foods that have helped my crohns immensly and so I tend to stick with them. Time to move out of my comfort zone and try other foods I think!

Thanks

Re: Fit Day help

Hi n

Ive been on the diet since January, and did lose about 15 pounds very quickly, but now my weight has stabilised. On an average day I eat yog and berries with honey for breakfast, a home made soup for lunch, meat and veg for dinner and a bowl of yog with honey before bed. in between I snack on bananas and dates. (infact I probably eat far too many dates!) I drink peppermint tea with a teaspoon of honey throughout the day, so perhaps the dates and the honey are the culprit? I weigh about 200 pounds, so I def need to lose some more. I do eat butternut squash probably 5 nights per week so wondered if this might be the problem?

Thanks
