Guest guest
HELP. I forgot to turn off my yogurt machine. I used Elaine's recipe from her cookbook which recommends a minimum of 24 hours. Is there a maximum amount of hours? The yogurt was in the machine for 38 hours! Is it OK to eat it? Thanks!

Not sure how it will taste or how it might effect the probiotics.
