Guest guest
My first wife had a great solution. She stole the postal scale from my office and precisely measured the allotted 3 oz or 4 oz serving as listed. But the " extra " scraps she cut off and put on MY plate, and I was foolish enough to eat them. Not a good idea. Now she's still at her skinny high school ideal, and I weigh nearly twice as much as her. taurusrc@... wrote: > > I just wanted to put in my 2 cents about losing weight. Guest guest
Measuring portions never worked for me because I generally do not eat anything until lunchtime (no appetite in the morning). But I did most of my eating in the evening and later because I can't sleep on an empty stomach. So I suffered with insomnia for a few weeks (with naps in the afternoon) and lost the weight. Now I am where I want to be I can eat a little at night but (at least an hour before bedtime) and no more flavored crackers in bed while reading. Ora On Fri, 08 Dec 2006 15:12:52 -0500, " drydoc@...
