Guest guest Posted March 31, 2004 Report Share Posted March 31, 2004 Hi All, Ok I made it though yesterday with out blowing my points on junk that I did not need. I have been making myself a great stir fry with shrimp. That has been a very tasty meal. I have promised myself to make my dinners appetizing instead of just throwing something together and then wonder why I am craving things that I should not have. I am weighing in tonight. That is good. I kind of like having WW in the middle of the week. It gives me something positive to look forward to. I think that I should have lost and at the very least I am sure I did not gain...well at least I hope not. I have to keep focused on my goals. I know that I will get there if I stay focused. That has been my problem starting and then breaking my commitment to myself. This time I will stay the course. I will reach my goal.
