Questions to ask about Chemo

Hi folks,

I am seeing my consultant on Tuesday where will will discuss my future

treatment and I found a useful article to print off and take with me

about 'Questions to Ask about Radiation Therapy' which was taken from

the 'Questions to ask your Doctor about Breast Cancer' which was from

the National Cancer Institute and on the Ohio State University Medical

Centre and was wondering if anybody knows if there is something similar

that I can print off and take with me which is 'Questions to Ask about

Chemo Therapy'
