Guest guest
Sula, I can't comment upon the Nutrisystem NOurish plan. However, back in the 1980s there was a class action lawsuit against Nutrisystems because of deaths that happened to some who went on the plan. If I remember correctly, it was something to do either with liver or gallbladder problems. A casual friend of mine lost his wife and was part of the lawsuit. She died very young. I don't recall much more than that. I don't remember the resolution of the lawsuit. Nurtisystems may well have either been found not to have contributed to the deaths or else they could have significantly changed their foods as a result of the lawsuit. It may be a fine product now or even then. I only toss this into your consciousness so you will do research on the company and products and be as informed as you can. Guest guest
Sula B, I just had an idea, why not check out stores that carry camping supplies for meals? I have no idea of the nutritional composition, but they certainly would be easy prep. Perhaps there is info online. Helen
