I always feel so close to you all even when I don't have the strength to participate. I am always with you in spirit. Forgive me: there are times when I want to write and be of possible help, but lately I have been so overwhelmed that I have a hard time even breathing deeply (emotionally I feel like I must not make a sound or I will rock the boat and it will capsize). As usual, it is impossible to separate out how much has to do with the tremendous turmoil of life and how much has to do with the chemical/biological/who knows what that is going on in my body.....right now my right wrist is itching like crazy.....it started with a combination of carrying a heavy window and getting a mosquito bite just on the wrist - terrible place for me - it started swelling like crazy and hurting sooooooo much .......I was so mixed up that I just took an ibuprofen and forgot to take an allegra - just thought of it now - instead i took a little bit of percodan and went to bed.....it stopped the swelling, and now I just have redness and itching and a tiny tiny blister - It always amazes me how such tiny things can itch so much...... so you see...once i start talking......hard to stop.....but i will...... I guess the bottom line is that I have been so silent because I want to contribute positive, helpful things....and right now I have just been too overwhelmed to do that...... but I did want to let you know how much i appreciate this very special group.....as always.........
