Guest guest Posted May 5, 2009 Report Share Posted May 5, 2009 hi all - i am getting gas, bloating, fatigue from my yogurt i only tried 1/2 cup last night and my stomach blew up no d, i tend toward c in general so my question is: how do you know that the yogurt came out right, and that the problem isn't just lactose that didn't get converted properly. i fermented it for 29 hours using fage starter. i did have the half a cup when it had only cooled for about 6 hours. how do you know what is a lactose problem and what is 'die off'? thank you! hsy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If it's firm like, you know -- yogurt, it's probably okay.
