Hi Spencer,

Follow this link for a wonderful write up on the benefits of bone broth -

including recipes for chicken, beef and fish stocks at the bottom of the page.

From my own experience, I have found that roasting the bones until they develop

a crusted appearance (prior to the simmering process) releases incredible

flavour. Many broth recipes leave out this step, but you will see this link

properly includes it. IMO, considering the time invested in the simmering

process, which can be as much as 72 hours, what's another 45 minutes in the oven

to properly prepare the bones!
