Checking legality of 100% pork sausages

Hi, I have bought some pork sausages from a farm shop but just wanted to confirm

whether they are legal or not. Ingredients are:

Beetroot powder, preservative e221 (sodium sulphite), anti-oxidants, citric

acid, ascorbic acid.

Ingredients list also includes 'spices' so I am checking directly with the farm

shop to confirm what these are.

Can anyone help confirming scd legality?
