I just have a minute to check in. I lost 1.4 pounds this week for a

total of 40.6 pounds. So I got a star tonight. I'm just .6 pounds from

my milestone. I didn't get there this week, but I will next week.

This week I need to focus on exercise. Twenty minues a day, most days.

I don't think that's too much to expect from myself. It's tough at this

size, but I need to do it. I will check in daily with my progress. If

you don't hear from me, feel free to write and remind me of my

commitment.
