Suzanne Deason's beginner's yoga for stress relief tape from Gaiam is WONDERFUL for improving coordination and balance. It's a 20 minute tape designed to stretch and to improve your balance through a series of gentle yoga positions. I do it every day just for the stretch conditioning.
