Well how are you feeling about after your runs? Are your knees or hips

bothering you? I think it really is up to you. Also if you're doing

running and walking, you may not be putting as much stress on it. I do

flat out fast runs, starting with 9 minute miles and getting up to 7

minute miles for the last quarter mile because I love pain! LOL!

Men have denser bones, too, so for a man it might not be as hard on the

body to run daily. It really is, though, how you feel. I know if I run

two days in a row my knees and hips hurt. Plus I get bored. I

alternating running and biking with lifting on the running days. I do

arms those days and on the biking days I do my ab work and some lifting

targeting my back.

Hey peeps! I went shopping today, and tried on a TON of clothes.

Well, I ended up with 2 skirts and 2 pairs of shoes.... Which is

good for me, lol. But the exciting part is... THE SKIRTS WERE SIZE

10!!!! I have never been able to wear a 10, ever. WOOHOO! I'm going

to an alumni banquet at the end of this month, and now I'm
