By the way LOTS of doctors do the Billroth II procedire just not in WLS. It made me wonder why too but most bariatric surgeons use this way of connection. Dr Rutledge, correct me if I am wrong, from what I understand, he is using a preferred bariatric surgical technique and applying it to weight loss. So others DO do it they just do not use it applied to weight loss!
