All I can say is to READ THE WEB SITE! you can explain all you want, but it

still comes across best in Dr R's words. By the way LOTS of doctors do the

Billroth II procedire just not in WLS. It made me wonder why too but most

bariatric surgeons use this way of connection. Dr Rutledge, correct me if I

am wrong, from what I understand, he is using a preferred bariatric surgical

technique and applying it to weight loss. So others DO do it they just do

not use it applied to weight loss! Reading the website is a great help

especially if you have a hubby who is a WHY? guy:) Paige
